Carawah Reserve Walk

A very short walk through the mangrove wetland.
Bridge and path to Carawah Reserve
From Adcock Park walk across the bridge to the start of the walk.
Most of the short walk in Carawah Reserve is on boardwalk over mud flats through the mangroves. There are a multitude of pencil like mangrove roots sticking out of the mud and numerous mangrove seedlings. At the end of the walk you look across the water to the railway line.

Facilities: carpark, picnic tables
Difficulty: easy flat walk.
Closest Town: Gosford
Location: West Gosford. Travelling from Gosford on the Central Coast highway turn left into Adcock avenue and park in the Carawah Reserve car park. There is no right turn into this road. Alternatively turn into Adcock Park at the lights, turn left at the roundabout and park close to the bridge above.

Continue on: to the Adcock Park walk or the Gosford Waterfront walk.
