Minnamurra Rainforest Walk

1.9km loop rainforest walk.
Minnamurra Rainforest walk

We did the 1.9km loop short walk through the rainforest. The boardwalk begins at the visitors centre and crosses the Minnumurra rivulet several times via swing bridges. The wide path continues across the swing bridges so very easy to cross. Beautiful lush rainforest with lots of treeferns, birdnest ferns and tall trees. Very easy and wheelchair friendly for about 900m. The last part winds up the mountain before going back downhill towards the visitors centre. My elderly mother did manage this part slowly with a number of rests along the way as I took my time to take photos. At the end we had coffee at the cafe which also provides light meals.
